Bananas 'N' Cream Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Blend in vanilla.
    Add bananas and mix well.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, stirring just until combined.
    Stir in walnuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Dust with confectioners sugar before serving.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
