Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Cavender's seasoning
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix together; rub on roast.
    Cover with foil; place in refrigerator overnight.
    Cook 6 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Last 30 minutes of roasting, remove foil and baste with barbecue sauce if you like.
