Easy Chile Verde - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 lb. lean beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
 
2 lb. lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 medium onion, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1 jar green salsa (16 oz.)
2 tsp. ground cumin or to taste
flour tortillas
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients together.
 
Cook in crock-pot for 8 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
If gravy is too thin, can be thickened with cornstarch and water.
Serve with flour tortillas and cheese.
