Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 can jalapeno peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread
    1 can creamed corn
    1 egg
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute ground beef, onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper.
    Mix cornbread, corn and egg.
    Put half of cornbread-corn mixture in square Pyrex dish.
    Put meat mixture on top of this.
    Top with chopped jalapeno peppers.
    Top with cheese.
    Add rest of cornbread mix.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
