Pork Chop-Apple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 tart cooking apples
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops lightly in cooking oil. Slice and core apples 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick. Arrange pork chops in long baking dish. Arrange layer of apples on top.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add water. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
