Caramel Candy Bar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    For cookie crust, combine flour, oats and baking soda.
    In a mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in oat mixture until crumbly.
    Don't overmix.
    Reserve 1 cup of this crust mixture.
    Press remainder into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
