Country Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 to 3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 stick butter (1/4 c.)
    1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat 1/4 cup butter and chicken soup; mix in cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Stir until barely mixed with potatoes.
    Pour out in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pat down level and top with corn flakes and 2 tablespoons butter (slice and dot over the corn flakes).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
