Hot Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. taco sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook and stir beef and onions in a 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.
    Stir in taco sauce, beans and 1 cup of the cheese. Heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted.
    Pour into serving dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top in a ring. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
