Baked Potatoes (Stuffed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika (a sprinkle)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes on center rack of 450\u00b0 preheated oven until soft.
    Cut thin slice lengthwise from top of each potato.
    Scoop out flesh; keep shell.
    Throw away top of each potato.
    Mash flesh with mixer and add sour cream and salt.
    Mix until fluffy.
    (Add a little milk, if you prefer it thinner).
    Add cheese and mix.
