Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium carrots
1 Tbsp. brown sugar or granulated sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation

Bias-slice carrots crosswise about 1/2-inch thick.
Place in saucepan containing 1-inch of boiling salted water.
Cover and cook 10 to 20 minutes or just until carrots are tender.
Drain.
