Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef
    1 medium onion
    1 medium clove garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 pod sweet pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and tomato paste. Simmer slowly until meat is in shreds.
    Usually takes 3 to 4 hours.
    Add the tomato paste and mushrooms about 1/2 hour before serving.
    Cook spaghetti in salted water and serve with sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
