Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red mangoes
    12 green mangoes
    12 medium white onions
    2 hot peppers or pepper seeds
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. white or brown sugar
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions fine and place in colander.
    Pour boiling water over and drain.
    Add salt, sugar and vinegar; boil for 15 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
