Fruit Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. or 8 pkg. Equal
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. well drained fruit cocktail (diet or packed in juice)
Preparation
    Place milk in freezer.
    Mix lemon juice and water, Equal and gelatin.
    Cook and stir until gelatin dissolves.
    Cool.
    Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
    Stir in gelatin mix and vanilla. Chill until partially set.
    Whip frozen milk until it peaks.
    Fold fruit into partially set cheese.
    Fold into whipped milk.
    Spoon into square cake pan.
    Refrigerate overnight.
