Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boiled, boned and cubed
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
    1 medium pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt oleo.
    Add onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and chicken; stir.
    Add egg noodles; stir.
    Pour into large casserole.
    Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4 to 6.
