Carrot Cake Ring - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
4 eggs
2 c. shredded carrots (about 3 medium carrots)
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. Into a large bowl, measure first 11 ingredients.
With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients just until mixed, constantly scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
Increase speed to high.
Beat 4 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl.
