Oats And Pumpkin Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Quaker oats
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1/4 c. sesame seed
Preparation
    Beat 1 cup of sugar and margarine until fluffy.
    Mix in egg whites.
    Stir in flour, oats and baking soda.
    On wax paper, press into a 16 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Spread combined pumpkin, 1/4 cup of sugar and spice over dough to 1/2 inch from edge.
    From narrow end, roll up dough.
    Sprinkle sesame seed around roll, pressing gently.
    Wrap in wax paper; freeze overnight or until firm.
