Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. carrot, grated
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. celery, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk and then add cracker crumbs.
    Set aside until absorbed.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese, to mixture.
    Stir well and place in a quart casserole (round or square).
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 4 or 5.
