Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seed
1 Tbsp. powdered onion
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Heat to lukewarm the cottage cheese and butter.
Add yeast to lukewarm cottage cheese mixture. Mix all dry ingredients together.
Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture to form a soft dough.
Place in bowl in warm place; let rise to double in bulk (about an hour).
Punch down and place in greased loaf pan.
Let rise a second time for about 30 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
