Blueberry And Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. blueberries
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, gradually add sugar; add eggs.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to cream mixture, alternating with milk.
    Stir in lemon rind, fold in berries and pour in loaf pan.
    Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
