Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. broccoli (frozen)
1 can round potatoes
1 can corn
1 can peas
1 small box Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

In large pot, boil broccoli until soft.
Cut potatoes into cubes.
Pour broccoli and potatoes into baking dish.
Pour in remaining ingredients.
Crush crackers and spread over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
