Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 Tbsp. pepper sauce
4 Tbsp. ketchup
2 cups milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
In a small bowl, mix spices together; then add them to the melted butter.
Mix well; add the ketchup and flour to form a paste.
Add the milk and make sure all spices have dissolved.
Add the cheese in small slices and cook until all cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
