Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
    Pour into greased and floured 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes (1 hour in tube pan).
