Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. liquid oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. diced apples
    1 c. pecans
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon (more if you like)
Preparation
    Mix together liquid oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
    Fold in diced apples and pecans.
    Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Stir well.
    Pour in Bundt pan (sprayed with Pam).
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or until done.
