Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green pepper
    onion, chopped
    carrot, chopped
    soy sauce
    egg
    meat (whatever you desire, e.g., bacon, shrimp, ham)
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook meat.
    Add green pepper, onion and carrot. Continue cooking until onion cooks, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add rice in skillet.
    Sprinkle soy sauce, stirring constantly.
    In skillet, break egg into mixture, stirring until egg cooks. Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes.
