Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. butternut squash
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Peel squash; remove seeds.
    Place squash in pot and cover with water.
    Cook, covered with lid, until tender.
    Drain and mash. Add other ingredients.
    Stir well; pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
    Serves approximately 8.
