Minnesota Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
    1 c. thinly sliced or chopped green peppers
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. salt or to taste
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and mix with the celery seed. Dissolve sugar and salt in the vinegar.
    Pour mixture over the vegetables. Cover and store in refrigerator.
    Ready to eat after being in the refrigerator overnight. They will keep for about 2 weeks. Great for a family reunion!
