Snack Bar Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. flaked coconut
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 (15 oz.) Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Blend the cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
    Stir in 2 cups of the coconut.
    Pour the batter in the prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let cake cool in pan.
