Dried Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried apricots
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
    pastry (for two 9-inch pie crusts)
Preparation
    Soak apricots overnight in refrigerator.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add apricots.
    Cook all together in microwave oven for 10 minutes, then let cool a while before you put in the pie crust.
    Put a few pieces of oleo on top, then cover with top crust.
    Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
