Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz. each) cans cut asparagus, heated and drained
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c. milk
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Heat asparagus to simmering and drain.
Place in a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Place slices of egg in a layer over asparagus.
Mix milk and Cheddar cheese soup until smooth and pour over asparagus and eggs, covering completely.
