Baby Carrot Cake("Try This Cake-It Is Delicious") - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 jar Jr. carrots
1 jar Jr. apricots
1 jar Jr. applesauce

Preparation

Mix eggs well.
Add oil and sugar, then add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
Add baby foods and mix well.
Bake in a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean (approximately 35 minutes).
