Hot-N-Spicy Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. popped corn
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
    3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers (about 3 oz.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Spoon popcorn on jelly roll pan. Combine butter and hot sauce.
    Pour over corn.
    Toss to coat well. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese is melted.
