Coconut-Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/3 c. or 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Baker's coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Beat margarine, sugar and eggs.
    Add to remaining ingredients and pour into two 8-inch pie shells.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn heat down to 350\u00b0 and cook for another 20 to 25 minutes or until brown and set.
    Let cool.
