Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. water
    3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 c. unbleached flour or whole wheat pastry flour
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water containing molasses.
    Let set while you prepare the other ingredients.
    Add oil and salt to yeast mixture.
    Gradually add flours into yeast mixture to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on floured surface and knead approximately 200 times until smooth and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl; grease top and cover.
    Let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down, cover and let rise 10 minutes.
    Shape into rolls and place on greased baking sheet.
    Grease top, cover and let rise until doubled, 45 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until nicely browned.
    Makes 3 dozen.
