Golden Cream Potato-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped potatoes
1 c. water
1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin or shredded
1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 small pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
-
Combine potatoes, water, carrots, celery, onion, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and bouillon cube.
Cover.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
