Coconut Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 sticks butter
    1/3 c. solid vegetable shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add flour, milk, baking powder and flavoring.
    Mix well; stir in coconut and pecans.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Let stand in pan about 25 minutes; turn out on rack.
