Ingredients

1 lb. bag whole pecans
2 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Blend in sugar and salt.
Coat pecans.
Melt butter on cookie sheet and pour nuts onto this.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes at first and then about every 3 minutes.
