Peas And Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen peas
    4 tomatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 onion, sliced very thin
    1 bunch broccoli, cut in pieces
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Combine mayo, vinegar and buttermilk.
    Pour mayo mixture over vegetables and mix well. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
    Add peanuts before chilling, if desired.
