Water Whip Pie Crust(Perfect Every Time) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put Crisco, boiling water and milk in a bowl. Tilt the bowl slightly and whip ingredients together with a fork until mixture looks like glossy mayonnaise.
    Add flour and salt and mix again with fork until mixture cleans the bowl.
    Work with hands into two balls of dough.
    Roll out between lightly floured waxed paper. (You can use half now and freeze the other half in a plastic bag. Just thaw for several hours and then roll crust between sheets of waxed paper.)
    Yield: double crust.
