Cottage Cheese Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Cook in lightly oiled skillet or griddle until lightly browned on both sides.
Top with applesauce and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Good source of protein, great for kids lunches.
