Grilled Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken quarters
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Season with salt and pepper. Combine margarine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until margarine melts; mix well.
Brush over chicken.
Place chicken on grill.
Add 3 presoaked hickory chips to coals.
Grill over low coals for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender, turning and basting frequently.
