Grace'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up and skinned
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing/bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Boil chicken until meat comes off bone.
    Let cool; then remove bone and skin.
    Remove meat and cut up.
    Grease casserole dish (or use Pam cooking spray).
    Mix soups (uncooked) with chicken broth. Layer casserole dish in order:
    meat, both soup/broth, onion, stuffing crumbs (lightly enough to cover), melted butter, poured over stuffing.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Remove foil last 5 minutes of baking, so top may brown. Serves 6 people.
