Watermelon Fire And Ice Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. watermelon, seeded and chopped
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 to 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers (2 to 3 medium size) with seeds (use more if you desire it hotter)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    Makes 3 cups.
