Belle Fowler'S Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour and 1 tsp. salt, sifted together
    6 large eggs
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar.
    Add flour alternately with the eggs, ending with flour.
    Add flavoring.
    Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Invert onto cake plate.
    Loosen cake, leaving cake pan on top to cool.
    This will create a crust on cake.
