Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced ripe bananas

Preparation

Sprinkle a few chopped nuts in buttered pan before adding batter for a crunchy topping; no icing needed.
