Farmer'S Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 small green pepper, in strips
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 large potatoes, cooked
    1 c. cheese
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon and break into pieces.
    Reserve 3 tablespoons drippings; add pepper, onions and potatoes.
    Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, until potatoes are brown.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Melt.
    Scramble eggs.
    Add bacon, salt and pepper.
    Mix together.
