Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. blanched almonds
2 c. chopped celery
6 eggs, hard-boiled
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 tsp. chopped onion
6 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Put in buttered casserole dish.
Top with toasted almonds or Chinese noodles.
Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0. Serves 12.
