Quick Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
8 Tbsp. butter (1 stick) or corn oil fat-free oleo
1 dash Tabasco

Preparation

Do not let eggs cook or they will curdle.
