Easy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish; pour macaroni into melted butter. Stir until butter coats macaroni.
    Slice cheese.
    Cut each slice in fourths.
    Add salt, pepper, cheese and cold milk to macaroni. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not stir while baking.
    This comes out of the oven golden brown and creamy.
