Chicken Croquettes(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium sized potatoes
1 medium sized onion
3 pieces boneless and skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. green peas (frozen)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes; peel and mash.
Chop onion and fry in oil.
Add chopped chicken and green peas and continue to fry.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix with mashed potatoes and add mayonnaise. Shape into patties (makes 12 to 15).
Dip into flour, then beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Deep fry.
