Shrimp Louisiana Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. peeled, deveined, raw shrimp
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    2 slices white bread
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until tender-crisp.
    Add shrimp and continue cooking 3 minutes longer. Stir in soup, rice, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Add bread, which has been soaked in milk; mix well.
    Spoon into buttered, shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
